You may notice this is not a typical blog post of me traveling around on some adventure in New Zealand. This weekend I finally spent some time in the city where I live: Dunedin. On Saturday we harvested fresh clams from the beach and had ourselves a little barbecue to celebrate after a week of research papers and exams. I took some time to appreciate the things around me that I pass by every day without thinking to look twice at. I challenged myself to capture these moments in a way that shows these little things that we don't normally focus our attention on unless we step back and look around us. I also had some fun experimenting with some new photography techniques, hope you enjoy!
